Bewilder 一词比较好记，就是在熟词 wild 的比较级 wilder 前面多了个 be 这两个字母。不过从词源上来看，该词并非直接与现在的 wilder 相关，而是由前缀 be- （完全的）+可能逆构自 wilderness （荒野）的古单词wilder（引入歧途，引诱进入荒野）构成而来。该词最早出现于17世纪80年代，起初用来表示“使迷路、使迷失方向”
