Feasible 是一个与小站（微信公众号：田间小站）之前推送过的plausible同后缀的单词，由词根 feas （做、制作）+后缀 -ible （可……的）构成。15世纪中期由古法语faisable（可能的、可能做到的；简单的、方便的）经英国法语faisible进入英语后， feasible 也是用来表示“可行的、行得通的、做得到的”，常用来形容可以轻松或方便地完成或实施的计划或方案，或者说在困难条件下似乎最不容易失败的计划或方案，以达到预期的目的，
比如：
With the extra resources, the project now seems feasible.有了额外的资源，这个计划现在看来是可行的。
It's just not feasible to manage the financial behemoth on a part-time basis.兼职管理这头金融巨兽是搞不好的。
相对于常用来修饰 task, thing, target 等具体事物的非正式用语 doable （可行的）而言， feasible 多用于修饰 option, alternative, solution, plan, approach 等抽象概念。
